The United States Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) has invited comments<\/a> on the energy and climate implications of digital assets.<\/p>\n Interested organizations and persons, including the public, are therefore invited to submit comments on or before 5 pm ET on May 9th, 2022.<\/p>\n The US Office of Science and Technology Policy was tasked by President Biden through an executive order<\/a>, to submit a report that investigates the potential for digital assets ‘to impede or advance efforts to tackle climate change and the transition to a clean and reliable electricity grid’.<\/p>\nOSTP Tasked by President Biden to Sumit a Report on the Climate Impact of Digital Assets<\/h2>\n
