The popular crypto exchange of Binance celebrates its third anniversary, today, June 17th. Three years ago, the team at the exchange published the first draft of the Binance whitepaper, and the rest, as they say, is history. The Founder and CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, marked the event with a nostalgic tweet that concluded with a heartfelt note of gratitude to all users and supporters of the crypto exchange.

3rd Anniversary Live Conference to Feature Akon
To mark the 3rd Anniversary of the inception of the crypto exchange, the team at Binance is organizing a 10-hour long live conference on the 14th of July, 9 am – 7 pm (UTC). The one-of-a-kind event will feature over 80 speakers, over 5 major keynotes and over 30 live panels and fireside chats.
At the top of the list is Akon and CZ made the announcement of his attendance via the following tweet.

Mr. Akon is a Senegalese-American singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, philanthropist and actor. He is also the founder of Akoin. The latter is a Stellar-based cryptocurrency geared towards allowing African citizens and entrepreneurs to engage with the digital economy on their mobile phones.
